Super Duplex 2507 (F53) Forged Fittings are made to ASTM A182 / ASME SA182 F53 (UNS S32750) for seawater and offshore service. Socket weld and threaded fittings are dimensioned to ASME B16.11 for small-bore Super Duplex 2507 piping.
Raaj Fittings manufactures Super Duplex 2507 forged fittings in-house at our two plants in India, from ⅛" to 4" in Class 2000 to 9000, and exports them to EPC contractors, fabricators and stockists across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, with full traceability and EN 10204 certificates.

Super duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) contains about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum and 0.3% nitrogen, giving a pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) of at least 40. It handles warm seawater and high-chloride brines that are beyond duplex 2205, with a minimum yield strength above 550 MPa.

Small-bore super duplex fittings complete super duplex piping systems at instrument take-offs, drains and injection points. Socket welds need qualified low-heat-input procedures, and many specifications prefer buttweld branches in warm seawater service.

Every heat is PMI-verified and its chemistry and mechanical properties are confirmed against the material specification before the forged fittings are released. Each piece is marked with grade, size, rating and heat number for traceability to its EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by the buyer's nominated third-party agency are available on request, as are PED 2014/68/EU compliance for European projects and IBR certification for Indian boiler applications.
Ferrite, impact and ASTM A923 / G48 results are reported when they are specified.
2507 has more chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen, giving a PREN of at least 40 against about 35 for 2205, and a higher yield strength. It is chosen for warmer seawater and higher chloride levels.
Ferrite content (often 35–65%), Charpy impact tests at low temperature, ASTM A923 for intermetallic phases and ASTM G48 pitting tests are typical, together with hardness checks.
Class 3000 socket weld fittings match SCH 80 pipe, Class 6000 matches SCH 160 and Class 9000 matches XXS. For threaded fittings, the matching classes are 2000, 3000 and 6000.
Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates showing heat chemistry and mechanical properties to ASTM A182 F53 (UNS S32750). EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are available on request.
