ASTM A105 forged fittings are carbon steel socket weld and threaded fittings forged to ASTM A105 / ASME SA105 and machined to ASME B16.11. They are the most common small-bore fittings in refineries, gas plants, power stations and utility systems, used with carbon steel pipe from ⅛" to 4" for vents, drains, instrument connections, steam tracing and utility headers.
Raaj Fittings forges A105 and normalised A105N elbows, tees, crosses, couplings, unions, caps, plugs, bushings, nipples and swage nipples in-house at our two plants in India, in Class 2000 to 9000, and exports them, protected against rust, to stockists and contractors across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Class 3000 socket weld and Class 3000 threaded fittings are the most stocked items for refinery and utility service; Class 6000 and 9000 are used on high-pressure steam, hydraulic and injection lines.
Every heat is PMI-verified and its chemistry and mechanical properties are confirmed against the material specification before the fittings are released. Each piece is marked with grade, size, rating and heat number for traceability to its EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by the buyer's nominated third-party agency are available on request, as are PED 2014/68/EU compliance for European projects and IBR certification for Indian boiler applications.
Class 3000 is the most widely used, in socket weld form with SCH 80 pipe and in threaded form with SCH 160 pipe. Class 6000 and 9000 are used for higher-pressure service.
Yes. Normalised A105N fittings are available and are commonly required for oil and gas projects and sour service to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156.
Yes, A105 is readily weldable, and many specifications require threaded joints in process service to be seal welded after assembly. Follow your piping specification and a qualified welding procedure.
ASME B16.11 covers Class 3000 and 6000 socket weld fittings from ⅛" to 4" and Class 9000 from ½" to 2". We make the full range.
