Flanges & Pipe Fittings Supplier in the United States

ASME & ASTM Flanges and Fittings for US Projects

Raaj Fittings exports flanges and pipe fittings to the United States for distributors, fabricators and EPC contractors serving refining, petrochemical, LNG, chemical, power and pharmaceutical plants. Everything we ship to the US is made to the standards American piping specifications call for: ASME B16 dimensions, ASTM / ASME SA materials, MSS SP practices and NPT threads, with dual-certified stainless grades and full material traceability.

Our two plants in India manufacture pipe flanges, buttweld fittings, forged fittings and tube fittings in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys, carbon and alloy steel. Sea shipments from Nhava Sheva reach US East Coast ports in about 25–35 days and the West Coast in about 30–40 days.

Industries We Supply in the US

  • Refining and petrochemicals: the Gulf Coast refining and chemical belt in Texas and Louisiana uses carbon, chrome-moly and stainless flanges and fittings in every unit.
  • LNG and gas processing: export terminals and gas plants need stainless steel and low-temperature carbon steel fittings rated for cryogenic and low-temperature service.
  • Oil and gas production and midstream: shale production and gathering systems use high-yield buttweld fittings to MSS SP-75 and carbon steel flanges.
  • Power generation: high-temperature steam piping in ASTM A182 F22 and F91 and A234 WP22 and WP91.
  • Chemical, pharmaceutical and food: 316L fittings and high-purity electropolished tube fittings.

Where We Deliver

We ship to the main US container ports, including Houston, New York / New Jersey, Savannah, Charleston, Los Angeles / Long Beach and Oakland, for onward delivery to distributors' warehouses, fabrication shops and job sites. Air freight is available for urgent orders.

Documentation, Marking and Packing

US Customs requires imported steel and stainless steel pipe fittings to carry a permanent country-of-origin mark, such as die stamping or etching, as well as the usual material and size marking. Tell us the order is for the US so that the origin mark is included on every piece. Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates (the certified material test reports US buyers expect); EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency can be arranged before dispatch. Goods are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, or to your own packing specification.
