Shipments are cleared through the importer's customs agent with the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 certificates. Mining projects often ask for third-party inspection before dispatch, which we arrange with your nominated agency.
EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are arranged before dispatch on request. Goods are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, and we follow your project's marking, tagging and packing specification.
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva takes about 30–45 days to San Antonio or Antofagasta, depending on the vessel schedule. Urgent items can be sent by air freight.
