Shipments are cleared by the importer's customs broker with the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificates. Timber packing must meet Australian biosecurity import conditions for wood packaging; tell us if your broker needs specific treatment certificates.
EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are arranged before dispatch on request. Goods are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, and we follow your project's marking, tagging and packing specification.
