Raaj Fittings supplies flanges and pipe fittings to the UAE from our two manufacturing plants in India: pipe flanges, buttweld fittings, forged fittings and tube fittings in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys, carbon and alloy steel. We work with EPC contractors, fabricators, stockists and plant owners in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates, with sea shipments from Nhava Sheva reaching Jebel Ali in 5–10 days.
UAE projects are specified mostly to ASME and API standards, often with sour-service and seawater requirements, so we build each order around your project specification: the right material grade, NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance where required, full traceability and the documents your client's inspector will ask for.
Most shipments go by sea to Jebel Ali (Dubai) or Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi), with deliveries onward to fabrication yards and sites in Musaffah (including ICAD), Ruwais, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Sharjah's Hamriyah and Sajaa industrial areas, and Fujairah. Urgent replacement items can be sent by air freight to Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

India and the UAE have a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). If your company wants to claim preferential customs duty under the agreement, tell us when you enquire and we will check whether the products qualify and what documents can be provided.
Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates; EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are arranged before dispatch on request. For the UAE's heat and coastal humidity, fittings are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, and we follow your project's marking, tagging and packing specification.

Yes. Carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, stainless, duplex and nickel alloy flanges and fittings can be supplied to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, with hardness testing and the documentation required for sour service.
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP. Many UAE buyers choose CFR or CIF Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port; DAP to your yard or site can be arranged.
