Shipments to Egypt must be registered under the Advance Cargo Information (ACI) system before loading: the importer obtains an ACID number, which must appear on the shipping documents. Please send us the ACID number with the order. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificates.
EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are arranged before dispatch on request. Goods are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, and we follow your project's marking, tagging and packing specification.
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva takes 15–30 days to Alexandria, Port Said or Sokhna, depending on the vessel schedule. Urgent items can be sent by air freight.
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP. Many buyers choose CFR or CIF Alexandria; DAP to your site or warehouse can be arranged.
Egypt's Advance Cargo Information system requires every shipment to be registered before loading. The importer obtains an ACID number, which we include on the invoice and shipping documents.
