Flanges & Pipe Fittings Supplier in Canada

Flanges, Buttweld, Forged & Tube Fittings for Canada

Raaj Fittings supplies flanges and pipe fittings to Canada from our two manufacturing plants in India: pipe flanges, buttweld fittings, forged fittings and tube fittings in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys, carbon and alloy steel. We work with EPC contractors, fabricators, stockists and plant owners in Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray), Sarnia and southern Ontario, Quebec and the British Columbia coast, for oil sands, LNG, mining and pulp and paper.

Every order is built around your project specification: the right material grade and standard, full traceability, the documents Canada's import rules and your inspector require, and export packing for the voyage from Nhava Sheva, with sea transit of about 30–40 days to Vancouver / Prince Rupert; East Coast ports via Atlantic routings.

  • Mining and minerals: potash in Saskatchewan, nickel and gold in Ontario and Quebec, with corrosive process water and slurries.

Documentation, Inspection and Packing

In most Canadian provinces, pressure piping fittings must carry a Canadian Registration Number (CRN) under CSA B51 before they can be used in a registered pressure system. Tell us at enquiry if your project requires CRN-registered fittings, so we can confirm what can be supplied. Shipments travel with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 certificates.

EN 10204 3.2 certificates and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are arranged before dispatch on request. Goods are packed in seaworthy wooden cases, heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15, with end caps or face protectors and VCI protection, and we follow your project's marking, tagging and packing specification.
