Zeron 100 Buttweld Fittings are made to ASTM A815 / ASME SA815 WPS32760 for firewater and seawater service. Elbows, tees, reducers and caps are dimensioned to ASME B16.9 and bevelled for welding into Zeron 100 pipe.

Zeron 100 (UNS S32760) is a super duplex stainless steel alloyed with copper and tungsten as well as chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen, giving a PREN of at least 40. Zeron is a trademark of Rolled Alloys; fittings are supplied to the ASTM specifications for UNS S32760.

Super duplex fittings are solution annealed and water quenched after forming. Because the microstructure is sensitive to heat input, welding procedures are qualified with ferrite and impact testing, and 2594-type super duplex filler is used.
Every heat is PMI-verified and its chemistry and mechanical properties are confirmed against the material specification before the buttweld fittings are released. Each piece is marked with grade, size, rating and heat number for traceability to its EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by the buyer's nominated third-party agency are available on request, as are PED 2014/68/EU compliance for European projects and IBR certification for Indian boiler applications.
Ferrite, impact and ASTM A923 / G48 results are reported when they are specified.
Zeron 100 is the trade name of Rolled Alloys for super duplex UNS S32760. We supply fittings made and certified to the ASTM specifications for S32760 (F55, WPS32760).
Both are super duplex with a PREN of at least 40. S32760 adds copper and tungsten; S32750 has slightly different chromium and molybdenum limits. Both are used in seawater and offshore service.
