Incoloy 825 Buttweld Fittings are made to ASTM B366 / ASME SB366 WPNICMC (UNS N08825) for sour gas and acid service. Elbows, tees, reducers and caps are dimensioned to ASME B16.9 and bevelled for welding into Incoloy 825 pipe.
Raaj Fittings manufactures Incoloy 825 buttweld fittings in-house at our two plants in India, seamless and welded, from ½" upwards, and exports them to EPC contractors, fabricators and stockists across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, with full traceability and EN 10204 certificates.

Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It was developed for sulphuric and phosphoric acid service and is widely used in oil and gas for its resistance to sour, CO₂ and chloride environments.

Incoloy 825 fittings are formed from pipe, plate or bar and supplied in the solution-annealed condition. Light-wall schedules (5S, 10S, 40S) are common because the alloy's strength and corrosion resistance allow thin walls. Weld with matching nickel alloy filler and low heat input.
Every heat is PMI-verified and its chemistry and mechanical properties are confirmed against the material specification before the buttweld fittings are released. Each piece is marked with grade, size, rating and heat number for traceability to its EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by the buyer's nominated third-party agency are available on request, as are PED 2014/68/EU compliance for European projects and IBR certification for Indian boiler applications.
Its nickel, molybdenum and copper give strong resistance to sour (H₂S), CO₂ and chloride environments, and it is a common material for clad pipe, flowlines and process piping in sour fields.
825 is more economical and excellent in sulphuric acid and sour service; 625 has higher strength and better pitting resistance in warm seawater.
Yes. Smaller sizes are normally seamless and larger sizes welded, with weld examination as the specification and your order require. Tell us the size, schedule and any construction requirement.
Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates showing heat chemistry and mechanical properties to ASTM B366 WPNICMC (UNS N08825). EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are available on request.
