Hastelloy C276 Tube Fittings are made to Alloy C276, UNS N10276 for mixed acid and chlorine service. Double and single ferrule compression fittings connect Hastelloy C276 instrument and control tubing.

Alloy C276 (UNS N10276) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten, one of the most corrosion-resistant alloys used in process piping. Its very low carbon and silicon let it be welded without losing corrosion resistance at the welds.

Hastelloy C276 tube fittings are machined from certified bar and used with Hastelloy C276 tubing in instrument, sampling and injection lines carrying aggressive media. Fittings and tubing must be the same alloy so the ferrules grip correctly.
Bar stock is PMI-verified and traceable by heat number; bodies, nuts and ferrules are dimensionally inspected and threads gauge-checked. Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, with EN 10204 3.2 certification and third-party inspection by the buyer's nominated agency on request.
Hastelloy is a trademark of Haynes International. Fittings are supplied to the ASTM specifications for UNS N10276, commonly called Alloy C276, which has the same chemistry.
C276 has higher molybdenum and tungsten and is preferred in strongly reducing acids, mixed acids and wet chlorine service; 625 is often chosen for seawater and high-strength applications.
They should be used with Hastelloy C276 tubing. Matching the materials ensures the ferrules grip correctly and that no part of the joint becomes the weak point for corrosion.
Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates showing heat chemistry and mechanical properties to Alloy C276, UNS N10276. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are available on request.
