Titanium Grade 2 Tube Fittings are made to Titanium Grade 2, UNS R50400 for seawater and chlorine service. Double and single ferrule compression fittings connect Titanium Grade 2 instrument and control tubing.
Raaj Fittings machines Titanium Grade 2 tube fittings in-house at our two plants in India, in metric and imperial tube sizes, and exports them to EPC contractors, fabricators and stockists across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, with full traceability and EN 10204 certificates.

Commercially pure titanium Grade 2 (UNS R50400) combines very low density with essentially complete immunity to seawater corrosion. Its protective oxide film resists chlorides, chlorine dioxide, wet chlorine and many oxidising media; Grade 1 is a softer, more formable version.

Titanium tube fittings are used with titanium tubing in seawater, chlorine and bleach service. They are much lighter than steel fittings and immune to seawater corrosion.
Bar stock is PMI-verified and traceable by heat number; bodies, nuts and ferrules are dimensionally inspected and threads gauge-checked. Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, with EN 10204 3.2 certification and third-party inspection by the buyer's nominated agency on request.
Grade 1 has the lowest oxygen and iron, so it is softer and easiest to form. Grade 2 is slightly stronger and is the most widely used commercially pure titanium for piping.
Not directly by fusion welding. Titanium piping connects to other materials through flanges, often lap joint flanges or insulating kits to prevent galvanic corrosion.
They should be used with Titanium Grade 2 tubing. Matching the materials ensures the ferrules grip correctly and that no part of the joint becomes the weak point for corrosion.
Every order is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates showing heat chemistry and mechanical properties to Titanium Grade 2, UNS R50400. EN 10204 3.2 certification and inspection by your nominated third-party agency are available on request.
