Single Ferrule Compression Tube Fitting Parker Compatible
Single Ferrule Compression Fittings

One ferrule performs both the grip and seal functions simultaneously. Simpler design with fewer components — easier to assemble and well suited to general instrumentation and process service. Dimensionally compatible with Parker® A-LOK® connections.

DIN 2353 ISO 8434-1 Bite Type Hydraulic Fitting
DIN 2353 Bite Type Fittings

Standardised under ISO 8434-1, the cutting ring bites into the tube OD creating a positive grip and metal-to-metal seal. Available in L series (up to 250 bar), S series (up to 400 bar), and LL series for metric tube OD 4 mm to 42 mm. Widely used in European and Middle Eastern hydraulic and industrial projects.

Union Connector Tube to Tube Compression Fitting
Union Connector (Tube to Tube)

Straight tube-to-tube connection with the same OD at both ends. The most commonly used tube fitting configuration in instrumentation impulse lines, sample systems, and process control tubing networks. Available in both double and single ferrule designs.

Male Connector Tube to NPT BSPT Fitting
Male Connector (Tube to Male NPT/BSP)

Tube compression end on one side and male NPT, BSPT, or BSPP threaded end on the other — used to connect instrumentation tubing to valves, transmitters, gauges, and other threaded process equipment. Available in all tube OD sizes and thread forms.

Female Connector Tube to Female NPT BSPP Fitting
Female Connector (Tube to Female NPT/BSP)

Tube compression end on one side and female NPT or BSPP threaded end on the other. Used for panel-mount instrument connections and tube-to-female-port adapters in control systems and hydraulic assemblies.

Union Elbow 90 Degree Tube to Tube Compression Fitting
Union Elbow (90°)

90° tube-to-tube elbow with the same OD at both ends. Used to change the direction of the tubing run without welding. Available as double ferrule, single ferrule, and DIN 2353 bite type in all standard metric and imperial tube OD sizes.

Union Tee Tube to Tube Compression Fitting
Union Tee

T-shaped tube fitting with all three ends accepting the same tube OD compression connection. Used to branch a tubing run for sample taps, bypass lines, or secondary instrument connections. Available in equal and reducing patterns in double and single ferrule designs.

Bulkhead Union Tube Fitting Panel Mount
Bulkhead Union

Passes a tube connection through a panel, enclosure wall, or bulkhead. Secured with a locknut, the bulkhead union allows tubing to enter or exit an instrument enclosure, junction box, or analyser shelter without additional penetration fittings.

Flare Tube Fitting 37 Degree JIC SAE J514
Flare Fittings (37° JIC / 45°)

The tube end is mechanically expanded to a 37° (SAE J514 / JIC standard) or 45° cone angle creating a metal-to-metal cone-to-cone seal when the nut is tightened. Widely used in refrigeration, hydraulic, and high-pressure pneumatic systems where frequent disassembly is required.

Push to Connect Push In Tube Fitting Pneumatic
Push-to-Connect Fittings

Tool-free tube insertion — an internal collet with radially arranged teeth grips the tube OD on push-in and releases when the collet ring is pressed. Designed for pneumatic control systems, compressed air distribution, and low-pressure water lines. Suitable for PU, PE, PA, and PTFE tubing.

Reducing Union Tube to Tube Different OD Compression Fitting
Reducing Union & Adapters

Connects two tubes of different OD sizes — used where tubing size changes in an instrumentation or process system. Also available as male/female reducing adapters in NPT and BSP thread combinations. Essential for mixed-size tubing systems and manifold connections.

Materials & Grades Available

We manufacture tube fittings from premium-grade bar stock in the following material categories, with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 Mill Test Certificates and full chemical and mechanical traceability.

Stainless Steel Tube Fittings

Stainless steel is the standard material for instrumentation tube fittings across oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and offshore applications. SS 316L is the most widely specified grade.

SS 316L

The industry default for instrumentation tube fittings — low carbon content prevents sensitisation; molybdenum addition provides superior chloride and acid resistance versus 304 grades. Specified as standard on most oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and offshore projects.

SS 316

Superior chloride and acid resistance — used where chloride exposure, marine atmosphere, or mild chemical service requires better corrosion resistance than 304.

SS 304 / 304L

General corrosion resistance at lower cost than 316L — suitable for water, steam, mild chemical, and food-grade applications where chloride exposure is limited.

Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steel Tube Fittings

Duplex and super duplex grades provide approximately twice the yield strength of 316L with excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking — the preferred choice for offshore and subsea instrumentation where standard 316L may be susceptible to SCC.

Duplex 2205

(UNS S31803 / S32205) Offshore topsides instrumentation, seawater injection, and chemical injection systems

Super Duplex 2507

(UNS S32750) Subsea instrumentation, high-chloride offshore service, and FPSOs — PREN ≥ 42

Nickel Alloy Tube Fittings

For aggressive chemical, sour gas, and high-temperature service where duplex stainless steel is insufficient — specified in chemical injection, downhole instrumentation, and severe process environments.

Inconel 625

(UNS N06625) Outstanding corrosion resistance in offshore, subsea, and chemical service; widely specified for downhole instrumentation and subsea chemical injection tubing

Hastelloy C276

(UNS N10276) Broad-spectrum resistance to aggressive acids, chlorides, and oxidising media; chemical and FGD process sample systems

Monel 400

(UNS N04400) Hydrofluoric acid service, seawater, and marine instrumentation systems

Alloy 20

(UNS N08020) Sulfuric acid and aggressive chemical process sample and instrumentation systems

Carbon Steel Tube Fittings

Carbon steel tube fittings are used in hydraulic systems, compressed air, general industrial service, and non-corrosive process applications where stainless steel is not required.

Carbon Steel

Precision-machined carbon steel bar stock — used in hydraulic circuits, compressed air distribution, and general industrial instrumentation where corrosion resistance is not required.

Zinc-Plated / Phosphated

Electroplated zinc or phosphated finish for enhanced surface corrosion protection — used in carbon steel DIN 2353 hydraulic fittings and general instrumentation in non-aggressive environments.

Special Grades & High-Purity Finishes

For semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-purity gas applications requiring electropolished internal surfaces and ultra-low extractable contamination.

Electropolished SS 316L (Ra ≤ 0.5 µm)

Pharmaceutical and biotech grade — electropolished internal surface for sterile process piping, pure steam, WFI, and clean compressed air systems in GMP-compliant facilities.

Electropolished SS 316L (Ra ≤ 0.25 µm)

Semiconductor / SEMI grade — ultra-high-purity electropolished finish to SEMI F57 standard for process gas delivery, specialty gas distribution, and wet chemistry in semiconductor fabs.

Titanium Grade 2

Exceptional corrosion resistance in seawater and oxidising media at low density — used in desalination and marine instrumentation where weight is a factor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tube Fittings

A double ferrule fitting uses two ferrules — a front ferrule creates the metal-to-metal seal on the fitting body seat, and a back ferrule creates the tube grip — resulting in a dual grip and dual seal. This provides superior vibration resistance and is preferred in critical, high-pressure, and sour service instrumentation. A single ferrule fitting uses one ferrule that simultaneously creates both the grip and the seal — simpler, fewer components, and easier to assemble; well suited to general instrumentation and process service where dual-seal redundancy is not required.

Yes. Our double ferrule compression fittings are manufactured to Swagelok®-equivalent dimensional standards — including tube OD bore diameter, ferrule seat angle, nut thread pitch, and body hex dimensions — ensuring full dimensional interchangeability. Our fittings can be used with Swagelok® tubing and in line with Swagelok® valves without modification or adapters. Note that Swagelok® is a registered trademark of Swagelok Company; our products are not manufactured by or affiliated with Swagelok Company.

Working pressure depends on tube OD, wall thickness (gauge), material grade, and operating temperature. As a general guide, SS 316L double ferrule compression fittings achieve up to 413 bar (6,000 psi) in small tube ODs (e.g., 6 mm / ¼") with appropriate tube wall thickness. Working pressure decreases as tube OD increases and as operating temperature rises. Our technical team can provide material- and size-specific pressure-temperature rating tables for your specific application on request.

DIN 2353 (ISO 8434-1) defines three pressure series: LL (extra light, very thin-wall tubing), L (light series, up to 250 bar at ambient temperature), and S (heavy series, up to 400 bar). The L and S series share the same cutting ring and nut but use different body geometries and tube wall thickness requirements. The S series body is heavier-duty and rated for higher working pressures. Nuts and cutting rings from L and S series of the same OD are dimensionally interchangeable, but the fitting body and pressure rating are not — always confirm the series against your project specification.

For offshore topsides instrumentation, SS 316L is the minimum acceptable material under most offshore standards (e.g., NORSOK L-001). However, in environments with elevated chloride levels, elevated temperatures, or confirmed H₂S content, duplex 2205 or super duplex 2507 is recommended to guard against chloride stress corrosion cracking — a failure mode that SS 316L can experience in severe offshore conditions. For chemical injection and subsea applications, Inconel 625 is frequently specified. Material selection should be confirmed against your company's materials selection philosophy and the relevant project specification.

Yes. We supply SS 316L double ferrule tube fittings with electropolished internal and external surfaces to Ra ≤ 0.5 µm for pharmaceutical and biotech applications, and to Ra ≤ 0.25 µm (10 µin) for semiconductor high-purity gas service. Surface finish measurement reports using profilometry are provided. For semiconductor applications, fittings can be supplied bagged, tagged, and cleaned to cleanroom standards with low-extractable packaging. Please share your project specification or SEMI standard reference when enquiring.
